Administration including initial new hire notices, COBRA continuation
notices and termination correspondence. In addition PBG takes
the responsibility for:
- Up to date state specific letters
- All customer service to the separated employee
- Collection of COBRA premiums
- Remittance of premiums to employer
- Terminations due to non-payment or ineligibility
- Record keeping of all letters, post marks and data storage
for the time required by the DOL
Medicare Part D Requirements: Annual
employee Medicare Part D letters and on-line CMS annual filing
employer assistance.
Labor and Employment Attorney: Free
telephonic access to our Labor and Employment attorney. Client
receives expert legal advice on all Human Resource and Labor
matters.
