FAQ

Q. What is the difference between a benefits broker and what you do?

A. We're more than just a broker. Here at Partners Benefit Group we take a holistic and strategic approach to helping our clients create a complete benefit program to meet the needs of their organization. This is more than just looking at a spreadsheet of costs and a list of providers. It requires an understanding of your business, your operation and your employees.

Q. Currently our benefit costs are getting out of control. How can you help us?

A. You're not alone. Many organizations are experiencing rapid growth of their overall benefit costs. Our approach is to analyze your current plan and then determine where there are more cost-effective options. Through this analysis, many employers have been successful in containing their overall benefit costs.

Q. There seem to be many more options available that can increase my employee involvement in creating new benefit programs. How do I know what is best for my company?

A. Most insurers offer high-deductible plans to coincide with the creation of tax-advantaged tools designed to encourage more employee involvement such as Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). There are as many advantages as there are pitfalls with these new options. In our opinion, working with a benefit expert rather than just a reseller can best determine which option is best for you.
